Couldn't get in on Saturday, and I was pressed for time today so this is what I got through

The sHSPU were UB, as were the kHSPU, but I did take a brief break between the sHSPU and kHSPU

First two rounds of HRPUs were in sets of 7, last one was 12/9


Hands are a bit tender, but not as bad as a month or so ago
