265lbs used for each set, probably should've/could've gone heavier on this one
That 5kg/5lb plate mix up I mentioned the other day has been going on for about two weeks. So, a lot of the previous weights were likely a few pounds heavier than listed

Went very slow on the row, bike, and ski
Average HR was 147, max was 168
