3:47, forgot about the burpees and moved right to the wall ball after doing the dubs, went 35/15 on the wall balls then finished with the burpees

On both sets the thrusters made me feel like a weak little girly man

The thrusters took a lot out of me and I was a bit worried about the OHS going into this due to that '30' in front of them, but I handled the OHS better than I thought
