250lbs for each one, should've gone 255lbs or more

B1. Front Squat; 3,2,1; rest 90 seconds

B2. Single Arm DB Deadlift; 6-8 reps x 3 sets; rest 90 seconds 
70lb DB used

C. Slow and Controlled Back Extnesions; 8 reps x 3 sets; rest 2min
