Footwork in the catch felt a little off and my back quickly started tightening up. I did one power snatch and one squat snatch from the ground after that felt much better than the block work.

Wasn't moving a barbell well today and kept it lighter than I would had I felt like moving some weight.

Again, didn't really feel like moving a barbell today, and that's what slowed me down. I kept moving pretty smoothly throughout the workout. While I didn't wear the HR monitor (on purpose) I felt I kept my HR under control.
