Min-1 - 6 SA DB Devils Press (4-6 per arm) - 6 of these took about 40 seconds, while I wasn't trying to move slow I also wasn't trying to go warp speed

Min-3 - 10 Single DB Box Step Ups @ 50#
Min-4 - 75ft Farmers Carry @ 100#
