1:18 - 6/5/1 had a stupid miss on the last muscle up

1:57 - 4/4/2/1/1 another stupid miss on the last muscle ups

B. 5x5 Seated Z press - 115lbs 

C1. Bottoms Up KB press - 5x6/arm
12kg across
C2. 5x5 C2B Pull-ups 

30 Squat Cleans for time, 5 Burpees EMOM - 6:00

Some of the cleans got very ugly and I was on my toes while standing up way too much.
