A. Squat Clean - 7 singles @ 260lbs

The first pull felt like a 1RM deadlift. I missed #5 and #6 then stopped there, #6 didn't upload properly. Rarely do I miss cleans, so this was pretty frustrating.
B. Back Squat Cluster - 1.1.1.1 x4, :30 rest, 3:00 rest
265/275/285/295 - 275/285/295/305 - 285/295/305/315 - 295/305/315/320
These felt great and it was nice to his several squats over 300lbs
C1. Clean Grip Deadlift - 4x4, 1:00 rest
245lbs across. These felt much, much better from the ground than the cleans did.
C2. Front Rack Walking Lunges - 4x8 steps per leg, 2:00 rest
Used 155lbs for these. The weather cooperated today and the gym floors weren't drenched from the humidity
