A. Split Jerk Cluster 1.1.1 x4 - rest :15, 2:00 rest
Did this at 235lbs, missed the very last jerk on the very last set


B. Banded HSPU 12x2
These took a very, very long time to do. I did not rest very long after before starting the next part either.

3 Rounds + 1 HSPU on the first
UB on the MU, 1 round UB HSPU then 3/2

3 + 10 C2B on the second
5/5 on the C2B and HSPU but the last round of C2b, did those unbroken

Considering how short of a rest period I took between the based HSPU and these, I'm ok, but not completely satisfied, with the scores
C1. Elbow on Knee Ext. Rotation - 3x10, :20 rest
10lb dumbbell, much harder on the left than right

C2. Banded Ys - 3x10, :20 rest

C3. Barbell Overhead Carry 3x:20 continuous, 2:00 rest
