There is a very noticeable difference in strength and endurance between my left lat, serratus, biceps, triceps, and shoulder compared to my right and I think its necessary to address that rather than do some of the other pressing work

Held 1100 cals/hr on the row, 240-250 watts on the bike, and 900-1000 cals/hr on the ski (issues with my left lat and serratus were very noticeable on the ski)
