Scaled Regionals Workout
1200m Run
12 Rounds:
2 sHSPU + 2kHSPU
8 C2B
12 Air Squats

For rounds 1-9 I split the HSPU into sets of 2, then UB for rounds 10-12
On the C2B, I split them up into 4/4 until the last round (4/2/1/1 for that one)

Went in this morning and got this done before class. Didn't have the time to do the push presses. Several 'could have/should have' scenarios with this, specifically on the HSPU. It was an acceptable performance, nothing more.
