A1. Squat Clean; 5 for time @ 175# x 5 sets; rest 30 seconds 
Singles for each round, ~:40/~:50/~1min/~1:10/~1:15
A2. Thrusters; 15 UB @ 100# x 5 sets; rest 30 seconds 
UB for each set
A3. Assault Bike 2min @ 225 watts x 5 sets; rest 0 sec (go directly back into A1) 
Done. There were some extended rest times in the later sets. But this is the first time I've been able to get close to completing a sequence like this, and I'm pretty sure this is like the 4th time you've programmed it
