I used a 35lb KB for these

B1. Bent Over DB Rows 8 reps reps x 3 sets rest 1min
50lbs, used my Fat Gripz as well

B2. Supinated Grip Strict Pull-Ups: 10 reps - AFAP x 2-3 sets; rest 2min
