This went far better than anticipated. I was getting 22-24 cals per set. I only did one set with power cleans because I am far more concerned with cycling power snatches. For the first two sets I split the wall balls into 10/10, but for the last two sets I went UB. I split the barbell movements into 5/5 for each set. Going UB on the wall balls only gave me a few extra seconds, and it was the breaks between reps of the barbell movement where I either gained or lost a majority of time.
