No misses, everything felt very good today

B. Deadlift; 8,6,4, 20,20; rest 2min bw sets (20s = 50% of 4)
295 - 325 - 355 - 185 - 185

C. Low Box Step Ups (20"); 6 reps/leg x 4 sets; rest as needed (go heavy) 
125lbs was heavy for these
