A. Strict Weighted False Grip Pull-Ups @33x1 tempo - 4x4, 2:00 rest
Used a 20lb vest for these

B. Close Grip Bench Press - 4x8, 2:00 rest
155lbs

C. Banded HSPU - 2 reps x 15 sets
The vest I used for pull-ups wasn't cooperating for the prescribed parallete work and kept hitting me in the face, so I did the banded HSPU instead
