I did not feel too hot going into the gym today, and did not do the 10min test on the echo. Instead, I did the following:

1min AB @ 65%
1min AB @ 75%
1min AB @ 85%
x2 sets

4min at 10min TT goal pace
330 watts 
+
1min @ 10min TT goal pace
1min off
x10 sets
330 watts for each set
