6 Strict HSPUs + 4 K HSPUs 
15 Sec Hand Over Hand Sled Drag 
6 C2B Pull-ups (kipping) 


4 Rounds + 3 sHSPU
I broke the sHSPU into 3/3, then UB on the kHSPU and C2B. After starting a little fast on the first round, I tried to maintain a 'rest' of :15 between everything and stuck to that pretty well throughout the remaining rounds. I felt some mild instability in my posterior left shoulder during the last round of C2B
