A. Hang Squat Snatch + Squat Snatch + OHS; 5 complexes; rest as needed

B. Front Squat; 8 sets of 3 reps; rest 2min bw sets 
255lbs for each set, wanted 265+ but the legs weren't cooperating today

C1. GH Negatives; 8 slow controlled reps x5; rest as needed
C2. Assisted POGO jumps; 20 reps (as quick off the ground as possible) x 5 sets; rest 90 seconds
