A. 5x3 Banded Shoulder Press, 3:00 rest
4x5 @ 105lbs, 1x5 @ 115lbs 
Not sure about the band weight but i used a thin purple one this week and last week

B. 5x3 Weighted Pull-ups, 2:30 rest
24kg

C1. 5x3 Weighted Ring Dips, 1:00 rest
20kg

C2. 5x6 Barbell Row, 1:30 rest
155lbs

D. 5x10 Triceps Extensions, 1:30 rest
30lb dumbbell in each hand

8 Sets, 2:40 rest
:20 Sled Push @ 100%
Added 75lbs to the sled, probably 105-115lbs total
