B1. Snatch Pull; 2,2,2,2; rest 30 seconds before A2

B2. Power Snatch; 1.1.1 x 4 sets; rest 2-3min bw sets

155 - 165 - 175 - 185
Left shoulder felt pretty good today, so I started off relatively light and built from there. 185lbs wasn't a struggle but I didn't try to push it. 

C. OHS @ 21x1 tempo; 6-8 slow and controlled reps @ light load x 3 sets; rest as needed (light to mod load working on quality positons)

Stayed pretty light on these, and tried to keep a pretty narrow grip. They blew my shoulders up

20 SA DB Push Press (10/10)
20 Burpee to 6"

Set 1 - 92 reps (12/20 burpees)
Set 2 - 90 reps (2/20 burpees)
Set 3 - 88 reps (20/20 box jumps)
Set 4 - 76 reps (16/20 db snatch)

I lost time on the burpees (shocker), and a lot of time doing box jump step downs. Overall though, this is acceptable considering I hours of sleep and had a 3 hour exam today. Tried to keep consistent 10 second breaks, but fell apart during the last set where I had to start with the 20 burpees. Dumbbell push press on my left arm make me feel like I've never used my arm before. 

My left shoulder felt weird at the end of this session, nothing I'm alarmed about though, just really localized soreness
