A1. Sled Push; 10sec x 6 sets; rest 30 seconds 

A2. Squat Clean; 5 reps AFAP @ 165# x 6 sets; rest 30 seconds 
UB for each set

A3. Back Squat; 3 reps AFAP @ 225# x 6 sets; rest 2:30 bw sets 
These were very fast

B. BB Front Rack RLE Split Squat @31x1; 10 reps x 2 sets; rest 60sec b/t legs
