I was in a rush for no particular reason when warming up for this, it showed in the later reps. I worked up to 245lbs. Starting around 215lbs, my t-spine positioning went to crap and I started collapsing. It continued to 245lbs, the jerk at 245 was gross and I took it for a walk. I had a few attempts at 255, going 1/3. I missed 2 because of the clean, likely due to poor t-spine positioning. The third attempt was great as far as the clean went, the jerk was gross. I pressed it out on the left side and was forward on the right side.
