A. Back Squat; build to a tough triple
This felt like, roughly, 2 tons and is, roughly, ~98% of what is certainly my old 1RM

10 unbroken thrusters 100#
5 squat snatch AFAP 115#
10 unbroken thrusters 100#
10 unbroken thrusters 100#
5 squat snatch AFAP 115#
10 unbroken thrusters 100#

2:37 (UB Snatches) - 2:27 (UB Snatches)
The second set of snatches and the last set of 10 thrusters were ugly. Bar path on the snatches was gross. The timing of bringing the barbell down into the front rack and initiating the squat portion of the thruster was a bit off
