Had to split the sHSPU up into 4/2 starting in set 4 and briefly rested before the next 4 kHSPU. For 6/10 sets I did 8 C2B, for the other 4 I did 6 C2B. Hands weren't an issue today, what limited me as far as the C2B was pulling capacity. Pretty happy my hands held up and I think in the next few weeks we can start building more volume back in
