A. Power Snatch from blocks (mid thigh); 1.1.1.1 x 4 sets; rest 10 sec; rest 2:30

B. OHS; 10 reps @ 2111 tempo x 4 sets; rest 2min (keep load light and work on 
perfect positions) 
Not entirely satisfied with these. Videos are for sets 2 and 4. I purposefully went with a very narrow grip for them.

C. Deadlift; 2 reps x 5 sets; rest 2:30 (build heavy)

No belt, no straps, shoes untied

7 Sets: 
Assault 15 Seconds @ 900 watts 
rest 45 seconds 
6 Thrusters @ 135# AFAP 
rest 90 seconds 
Did all the thrusters unbroken because that seemed like the fastest way to get them done
