A. Split Jerk Cluster - 1.1.1 x5 @ 245lbs, :15 rest, 3:00 rest between sets 
Missed two, these definitely weren't the prettiest I've ever done but I did them. 

B. 15x5 Strict HSPU
Took about 33min, rested about 2min between sets. I can definitely notice my right shoulder is much stronger than my left while doing these. 

C1. Elbow on Knee External Rotation - 5x12, :20 rest
Used 10lbs
C2. Banded Ys - 5x10, :20 rest
C3. Barbell Overhead Carry 5x:20 continuous
Used 95lbs

2 Sets, 5:00 rest between sets
600m Run
30 KB swings @ 55lbs
30 C2B Pull-ups
5:42, unbroken KB swings, sets of 6 on the c2b pull-ups for the first 
6:48, 20/10 KB swings, 10/5/5/5/1s for the C2B on the second

I sand bagged this one as a whole, just didn't feel like working that's today. I did some extra c2b pull-ups afterwards though, so there's that.
