1:58 - 5, then I forgot how to butterfly or kip or really do a pull up at this point

Last round for each was really frustrating, especially the pull-ups.

This was even more frustrating than the first part. I get no traction on the concrete at the gym and spent most of the time slipping all over the damn place. I have no idea how much weight was not the sled, I kept adding and subtracting weight as I went
