Other than finishing it, I didn't really have a goal in mind when starting this. I think I paced it well, rowing about 1:55/500m or about 1100 cals/hr, and 248avge watts on the bike. I think the burpees were a bit slow but fast burpees, in any condition, aren't really my thing. Of course, after finishing I think sub 26, maybe sub 25 on a really good day is possible.
