A. Back Squat Cluster - 2.2.2 x3, :30 rest, 2:00 rest
It felt good to do some back squats again. 

B. 10min EMOM - 2 Hang Cleans + 1 Jerk
I used 165lbs for this one and did push jerks.

C1. Single Leg Seated Hamstring Curls with a Band 3x10/leg, 1:30 rest

C2. 3x6 GHRs

32min EMOM
1 - 8 Thrusters @ 115lbs
2 - 12 Box Jumps & 24"
3 - 6 Power Snatches @ 95lbs
4 - 30 Dubs
I scaled this down to 10 box jumps because frankly, I didn't feel like doing box jumps today. It was still pretty rough, so don't get worried that I didn't get enough work in. Thrusters, power snatches, and dubs were unbroken
