B. Hang Power Clean + Hang Squat Clean (2" below knee) - 8 sets; rest 1:30 b/t sets - 65-75% 1RM Clean
185 for two sets, 205 for 6 sets

4 Rounds for Quality:
12 Deadlifts @ 185#
50 Double Unders
50' Walking Lunge (DBs at side)
10 BFB
rest as needed bw rounds
Didn't have room for the lunges so I did them in place, 7/leg (14 total) should get me to 50ft (give or take 6in) on a regular day

2:20 for each round, UB DL and dubs
