I did the ring dips as strict as possible, 4/4 for the first round, 4/3/1 for the second, and 3/3/2 for the third round. For the C2B I split them up into 4/4, and I held ~1300 cals/hr on the bike

The sHSPU did not feel good for two reasons. One being the strict ring dips. The other being because I'm still having shoulder pain when doing sHSPU. Bar mu weren't an issue, but dubs were all over the place today.
