A. Squat Snatch; 10 singles @ 165# +; rest as needed
10/12 at 185lbs
Very good day for snatches. On one of the two misses I couldn't decide if I wanted to do a power or squat snatch and on the other I had some weird foot movement. I was able to quickly correct both. The successful lifts were pretty good and I didn't get squirrely on any of them.

These were pretty tough. UB barbell movements, the row was around 1300 cals/hr and the bike was around 400 watts
