A. Strict Pull-ups; 50 for time 
So this went poorly because I decided to do sets of 5 for as long as I could (4 sets of 5), then resorted to singles. Long arms didn't help either. But sets of 5 were also a bad idea.

B1. Ring Dip; 10 reps x 3 sets; rest 1min 
UB - UB - 6/4

B2. DB Chest Fly; 12-15 reps x 3 sets; rest 1min 
Used 35lb dumbbells

B3. S HSPUs; 10 for time x 3 sets; rest 1min 
UB - 6/2/2 - 5/3/1/1
The last two sets took a very long time

B4. Bent Over Reverse Fly; 10 reps x 3 sets; rest 1min 
Used 15lb dumbbells

B5. Front Delt Raise; 15 reps x 3 sets; rest 1min 
Used 15lb dumbbells
