Did kHSPU for these. It was frustrating. The first set was a bit conservative, for the second and third I ended up kicking myself off the wall.

The assault bike made me feel like a fat, slow, weak little girly man on this one. My left shoulder felt unstable and a little weird on that last set, but that was about as many as I was going to get in any situation. Still a little apprehensive with the left shoulder though
