A. Split Jerk; build to a tough single

This was ugly. The floors were a bit wet and while working to this weight my back foot slipped. After that I was hesitant to really commit to the split jerk, resulting in multiple press outs and global spinal extension in the catch of the jerk.
B. Strict Weighted Pull-up; build to a tough single

13 C2B Pull-ups
3 + 13 HSPU
Kept the row between 1200-1300 watts/hr for each round
For the HSPU, each round started with an attempt at a large set of strict, the remainder were kipping (9 strict for round 1, 5 for rounds 2 and 3). For the last round I did all of them kipping.
For rounds 1 and 2 I broke the C2B into 8/5, the last round was UB.

C. Hand Stand Walk; 25' AFAP x 10 sets; rest 20 seconds bw sets
Yeah, so this was very aggressive and I didn't do it as written. I quickly got dizzy, lightheaded, and started getting a headache, yet again
Instead, I did:
5 sets, RAN, 25' HS walk AFAP
