Had to sub bar MU for ring MU, the one rig we have with rings was occupied by the regular class

Little disappointed I didn't push to get 4 full rounds

Did the Crossover Iron Scap protocol at home along with a bunch of other shoulder work. The gym was very crowded today and I decided to just get out of there after finishing the workout.
