D1. 4x40 UB Wall Balls, :30 rest
D2. 4 x7/leg Lunges w/ Wall Ball
D3. 4x1:30 Sled Drag
D4. 4x2:00 @ >325 Watts on Assault Bike
Did everything. The last two intervals on the bike were 320 and 324 watts respectively.
