A. Full Body CARs

I made it through about 6 and a half of the working sets, I got a very impressive blister (larger than a half dollar coin) on my heel that made rowing very, very uncomfortable. Before that though, everything was good. 

I'm a little worried about the running part for tomorrow. 

Any suggestions?
