I noticed when you sent my design over this had a 5min rest after it, implying multiple sets were involved. However, I forgot to ask about it, so I made this a 12min AMRAP and called it a day.

800-1000-1200cals/hr on the bike and 20/5/5 on the kHSPU. I had intended to do 20/10. After finishing that first 20 my arms were fatigued but I wasn't that concerned about them blowing up, however almost as soon as I started that last set of 10 they blew up and I was reduced to 5s
