245 - 265 - 285 - 145 - 145
This just absolutely wrecked me on every conceivable level. I had to do the EMOM in the afternoon and by that time I felt like I had DOMS
C1. Single Leg Sorenson Hold; 12-15 sec x 3 sets; rest 45 seconds
C2. SL Box Jump; 4 reps/leg x 3 sets; rest 60 seconds
Done and done
20min EMOM:
Min 1: 7 Power Snatches @ 95#
Min 2: 15 Wall Balls
Min 3: 7 Power Cleans @ 95#
Min 4: 10 KB Front Rack Walking Lunge Steps
I did this in the afternoon and made it though 16min. The squats just demolished me. I ate lunch and took a nap prior to going back for this emom but I was still so tired I almost failed wall balls.
