I didn't exactly tackle this with much intensity, but I did try to avoid standing around too much. I broke the set of 18 T2B into 12/6, the set of 12 into 6/6, and went UB on the set of 6. For the HSW I did 25ft lengths. While I was able to do 25ft unbroken, the rest on the turnaround got a little too excessive on the last two sets. Additionally, I had some issues starting the first 25ft of the last set of HSW. I was able to correct it and go unbroken, however, I would make it like a foot and then have to reset a couple times.

Yeah so this was absolutely not a retest, more of a reintroduction to exercising after several days off and several rough days of work and in my personal life. That being said, it still didn't go well, 5 rounds + 20 cals in total. I held 1000 cals on the row until round 5, at which point it dropped to 900. For the last 20 I pushed to 1000+. On the bike I held 225 watts for the first 3 rounds, 215 for round 4, then it dropped to 170 on round 5. For the ski I held 900+ watts for the first 4 rounds then it dropped to 800 or so on round 5. Breaks between machines got excessive, close to 30 seconds far too many times. This and the last time I did it were extremely frustrating and I hate how poorly these have gone
