A. KB DL at 3030 tempo - 6 reps x 4 sets
I used two 32kg KBs and increased the time under tension because the gym doesn't have a trap bar

15:10 - 1300 cals/hr on the row, UB wall balls, one mess up on the dubs but otherwise UB
